Corregidor Island Series - View from the South Dock

November 2, 2008

You can see the very big stone, that is part of "The Rock", another name for Corregidor Island. As you can see, the beach is very clean and if you look in the water straight, you can see the sea floor. Fishes shoal along the shore in large groups. I took this photo while we are in the South dock, Boarding for the ferry ride back to Manila.

  1. "Louis" is really enjoying your Corregidor series. He hasn't commented at each of them, but he has read all of them.

  2. And the people who take care of the island absolutely hate it when Manileños throw garbage in Manila Bay — the winds and the tide sometimes bring them all the way to Corregidor!

Great shot, Steven! Yet again. ;D
