History, People, Churches. Three Things that Best describe the Magnificent Cavite, Philippines! So Visit Often to experience the freshness of my shots that are done daily on the same day!
This shot was made of boredom one Saturday Sunset almost a year ago. I shot this on our rooftop's stairs to the fourth floor. I seldom shoot people shots as you can see if ever you have been an avid fan of my blog and that makes my own shots much more infrequent. But if ever I've got the chance, I want to try portraits of people.
By the way, I just want to tell everyone that I really really feel bad not joining you guys here for almost a month already. This is just the start of the hardest months or year maybe, of my school life. Our Undergraduate Thesis wherein we will be finding a company (Quite a large one) and Formulate an Information system based on their transactional process. This study has been starting for three weeks already and will end (hopefully if we will pass) next year, October.
But until now, after a series of Unfortunate events, we still haven't find a very sure company that will be there for us in the helps of studying and creating the information system for them. We are about to choose the Network based Payroll System, together with my two group mates. It is one of the hardest of the benchmark but in this years competition for finding the companies, this holds one of the most number of possible companies.
So again, I am hoping for all your prayers because for students like us, it is very hard especially that our University is expecting way way more than what they have fed us academically. I know it is going to be very hard but that's the only way to graduate. So May God help us in this very long journey and Bless us all! Hope to post again very soon!
As you can see, This place is another one of the many Batteries that can be found in the Island. In the photo above, you can see the communication room. This room is very much important because the soldiers here direct the soldiers on the canons the length and the angular displacement needed for the canons to be shot. Spotters are also located around the island and communicate here via telephone lines.
You can see in the photo above is one of the canons inside the battery way. As you can see, Battery Way is enclosed by a three sided thick wall (The communication room sevres as the fourth of the square). That's why it is very hard for these soldiers to launch their shots due to the enclosure of the Battery.
I hope you enjoyed my week-long Corregidor Island Series. We enjoyed the trip so much and I just hope that every viewer of my Series have felt the fun, awe and inspiration of scenes, structures and stories that were left by the war. We can truly learn so much from these things. Thank you so much for viewing the series and I hope you'll come back for more exciting things around Cavite.
You can see the very big stone, that is part of "The Rock", another name for Corregidor Island. As you can see, the beach is very clean and if you look in the water straight, you can see the sea floor. Fishes shoal along the shore in large groups. I took this photo while we are in the South dock, Boarding for the ferry ride back to Manila.
These shot was taken at the Social Sciences Section of the Aklatang Emillio Aguinaldo or Emillio Aguinaldo Library Located at the Heart of My University, De La Salle University - Dasmarinas.
This was taken on the Last day of our Final Exams just before the Last Paper was passed. I really love this library. It catered students through all thier needs even for those that need a short snooze.
Also, Thank you so much to all of you who made my heart lift up to those wonderful comments on my last post! You just can't imagine how happy they made me!
