Just Another Rainy Day

June 18, 2011

Photo above shows a wet windshield of a Jeepney battling the rainy winds on my ride home. Almost Every Filipino Catholic Vehicle has a rosary on the mirror hanging as a prayer for safety along the road and along the journey.

It was a rainy afternoon all around Cavite. The sky started to darken up very unusually starting at around 12 noon. It was really Dark and it's darkness is really a first in quite a long time. Then at around 2 in the afternoon, the rain started to pour softly and gradually gaining strength until we had quite a hard time hearing what the teacher is saying on our First Day of Classes at Education School.

I just hope that the rain will bring more blessings and prosperity and not tragedies among the Families on Cavite and throughout the Country. God Bless Cavite, God Bless the Philippines.

  1. Oh yes, Steven, no more tragedies please! Nature seems to be revolted lately but that's enough. You'll have the monsoons soon, right?

  2. The rain makes everything green and beautiful! I'm glad the rain starts at noon today, just after I finished mowing our lawn and doing some yardwork!
    Blessings to you, Steven

  3. JM - It's just very sad everytime I watch the News and see how many people around the globe die with these Natural Calamities. I guess Nature is telling us to take care of her.

Yup! The Monsoon is about to come very very soon! We are starting to feel its presence as early as now :)

  4. Leif - Exactly! That's one of the reasons why I love the Rain! But I do't like it when I'm in School or I have some trips outside because I'm all wet but I f I can stay home, I Love the rain and have a cup of coffee while Watching it :)

The rain is so nice He let you finish your chores first :D
