Masked Rider, General Trias
On this new normal, everyone here in the province of Cavite is highly encouraged to wear a mask. It's nice to see a large percentage of citizens complying, knowing that they do care not just for themselves but also for the people around them.
...in certain area in the US wearing takes away their freedom.
ReplyDeleteyes very nice!
ReplyDeleteAnother good person just following the rules that benefit everyone. Enjoy the day!
ReplyDeleteHere it depends on the time of day that you go out. I keep my mask in my car...till I always have it with me.
ReplyDeleteIt is so nice to see someone wearing a mask. Too many people here in the US aren't, and I think it's kind of disrespectful to others. Nice photo that speaks to our times. Happy new week.
ReplyDeleteLove your title for this post Stevenson - mask wearing is not 'big' here, nor has it been strongly recommended - what has been emphasized is social distancing and hand hygiene. All our 'new' cases are people coming into the country, and they have to be in supervised isolation for 14 days, and at this point we have had no (new) community transmission cases.

I'm so glad to see that your people are taking care of themselves and following the guidlelines. I'm afraid Americans aren't so good at this and we're paying a heavy price.
ReplyDeleteDear Stevenson, first of all, thank you for your encouraging comment on my bad day! I hope you are doing well (again, too? I do, I guess, also thanks to you, aren´t we a great community?).
ReplyDeleteOh, Corinna, she has us in her hands, has she. Especially us who wear glasses, boy, these are "foggy" times!
"Someone" is still sitting here at my PC. It (in German a parcel is an "it", but to me she became a female thanks to her name-giver) is slightly jumping in pain, she even nearly forgot what she´s holding inside her, that´s how long she is doomed to stay put here! She asked me to say hi to you, she didn´t mean to make you wait that long. And please don´t expect anything big, either, she just has some tiny bits and pieces...
Oh, just how silly is that. I have a permanent reminder of this crisis right next to me and I cannot put her someplace else, that would be "mean". It´s not her fault...
Let´s hope Corinna will be taken care of and we all can be free again!
He's smart! Except, he needs a helmet too.
ReplyDeleteIt is the new norm in Scotland too, certainly on public transport. Not sure if it will be compulsory when shopping now that things are eased it little more here.
ReplyDeleteYes, good people are respecting each other :-)
Classic Old Motor There
ReplyDeleteCheers
Yup....this is the new way to go. I may consider wearing the niqab (like Arab women does). Masks are getting expensive, sometimes recycled masks are sold as new and this morning I hubby told me they sell imitation masks. Whatever the case maybe, self protection is top priority.
ReplyDeleteA very good example to emulate.
ReplyDeleteI like to be annoyed to see that there are still some people crowding but not wearing masks, such as not afraid of getting infected or maybe spreading the virus to other people around him.
Perfect photo!!
ReplyDeleteI send you my regards.
And I wait for you on my blog.
When I returned to the blog ... you disappeared! Well, that's it!
ReplyDeleteI hope you are well and healthy!
Thank you for the message left on the blog and for the support!
I hope you come back soon!
😃
ReplyDeleteGood photo Stevenson, I'm afraid we are going to have to get used to the mask for a while and not short, around here with the summer, hot temperatures of 40º the truth is not very well, patience.
ReplyDeleteRegards.
Nice regard!
ReplyDeleteExcelente momento fotográfico.

That had me in shocks. I am so so sorry dear Carol, that is very sad news. Zoe is now free from pain, that can be at least a little help for us to feel a bit better even if we're not with her anymore. Sending you hugs Carol.
