Pink Skies, General Trias
Ever wonder how skies can get this pink hue to it, well I do. I know that the setting sun has to do something about it but why don't it color it this way every single dusk? Well whatever the reason is, it's not just a blanket of color, it is an instant mood that covers anything in its view.

Hello,

Thank you so much Eileen, Happy Skywatch and cheers to the coming weekend!
DeletePretty shot. Yes, I often wonder what makes skies so beautiful. Somehow the scientific explanations never fully satisfy!
ReplyDeleteYou said it best my friend! It's crazy that it comes and it goes every other day :)
DeleteAbsolutely beautiful photo. Love the colour in the sky but also the houses and the wall, they really pop out. Have a great evening and weekend!
ReplyDeleteOh thank you very much my friend Bill! When you said it i did appreciate the other colors too :)
DeleteWatching the sky is a hobby of mine, though I don't do it as actively as I used to.
ReplyDeletenow you had me thinking too Rose, why don;t I do it as well as I do before! Happy Weekend
Delete...every sunset is a bit different from the next!
ReplyDeleteYes!!! That is very true! No matter if the weather on those two days are the same, there's always a big difference when it comes to sunsets :)
DeleteOlá Stevenson!

Um doce abraço.🌸

Oh I am sure yours is always so pretty there in NZ :) Happy Weekend dear Maxine!
DeleteThe blue wall gives it an ever more romantic look, great shot, dear Stevenson!
ReplyDeleteI can literally FEEL the warm weather (only 17C here again, brrr) - summer is still on vacation!...
very much agree to that Iris! I really love the new paint that my brother chose for our house :) Ohhhh I wish it goes back to warmer days there in Braunschwieg dearest Iris! If only I can send a bit of our heat!
DeleteHi Stevenson! Unfortunately I don't get many pretty sunsets here in Jeddah. My favorite sunsets ever are in Arizona. There's nothing like them! Hope you are staying well!
ReplyDeleteOh Susie that is a very big dream for me, sunset in Arizona! I would love to see it someday right in the middle of that road where there's a vast desert and you can see the mesa's from a distance.
DeleteWow! Gorgeous pink sky and lush clouds ~ Great photo ^_^ ~ Happy Weekend Stevenson ~ Xxx

DeleteThis is a great photo. I love seeing different colours in the sky. :-D
ReplyDeleteSame here dear Ananka! It gives us a lot of variety as we end the day! Happy Weekend out there in Scotland!
DeleteBeautiful skies. I love them when they are so pink!
ReplyDeleteSame here, there's something about pink skies that everything in your eyesight has a pink glow :)
DeleteThat's a beautiful image SQ, the blue wall looks amazing against the pink wall. When we do burn offs here in preparation for summer the smoke drifting up the coast can make for a glorious pink sunset 💜
ReplyDeleteOh that sounds gorgeous! I just hope you guys are always safe when it's bushfire season there in AU
DeleteAnd that pink sky colors everything below it too. In winter when we have snow, it actually makes it look pink. I like this photo. The lines make nice contrasts, and what is it about clothes hanging on a line that is so appealing? Hugs-Erika
ReplyDeleteOh you like it too! I really like the clothes effect (they are my clothes by the way HAHA) And you are very right Erika, the pink on everything is just magical!
DeleteHello,
ReplyDeleteWonderful colors of the sky. Great.
And the clothes are dry.
Greetings, Marco
Oh thank you so much my friend Marco! And yes, they were dry already when I shot that haha :)
